We went there with high expectations. The restaurant is located at the back of the shop and is always full of customers. We ordered an almond croissant, bitterballen, V60 coffee, and yuzu lemon tea. But for one almond croissant and two drinks to serve, is it more than 30 minutes? If we don’t ask and complain, We may need to wait more than 30 minutes. The beverage counter looked troubled, and they didn’t separate the specialist for making coffee and regular drinks. The almond croissant is crisp but lacks butter, the bitterballen is plain, and the yuzu lemon tea is more like original tea. I can’t taste the yuzu in that drink.
