Trying out this hip place in Bandung. I arrived 20 minutes before their second batch of baking at 3.00 p.m. Ordered the plain salt bread, cheese, ham and cheese, coffee butter and truffle egg mayo. We can only order 6 pieces per person. First, I tried the plain one. It was crispy and salty outside, but it was not hard to chew. The inside was fluffy, airy and soft at the same time. It was very buttery too. The best topping was the cheese. It was simple and complemented the salt bread well. The truffle egg mayo was a bit of a let down though. The topping wasn't as genereous as I expected and the flavour was too sweet for a savoury topping. My favourite are definitely the plain one and the cheese.
