Two weeks ago, I had dinner at Jumbo Thai Kitchen and it was a fantastic experience. I ordered quite a variety of dishes, but the standouts were definitely the gonggong, fish soup, and fried fish skin. The gonggong was incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection. The fish soup was rich and hearty, with a perfect blend of spices that really brought out the flavors of the fish. The fried fish skin was crispy and delicious, making for a perfect appetizer or snack. What made the dining experience even more special was the beautiful view of Singapore from afar. It's truly a picturesque setting that adds to the charm of the restaurant. The service was prompt and friendly, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. I'll definitely be coming back to try more dishes. Highly recommend these standout menu if you visit!
