Been here 2 times. Always order premium all u can eat package. And never in a once I get the good service. Most least friendly Gyukaku among the all. Staffs are not helpful. I asked to order for 2 seats then the staff said that I was in the Waiting List. I was okay with that and asking how many people that were in the WL, then he replied unrespectfully A LOT , asking him again how many people? He replied again A LOT AND IT'D TAKES LONG TIME, it's like that he didnt like that I'm willing to be in the waiting list. Once I got a lil bit annoyed of his answer, the other staff saw me and suddenly the seats are available for 2 persons. MAGIC. The order delay so much and you have to wait long time for the order that need to be inputted by phone only, cannot ordered it manually to the staff even if it is problem with the apps in my phone and room was very very hot. The door keep opened. Better the staffs learn from Gyukaku Alam Sutra, how to served the customers in a best way. They have the best service.
