The lobster and cereal prawns were so-so, did not know the prawns were so small. The table cloths were most torn, chairs dirty with crumbs, rice, small pieces of food from previous diners. Patrons are allowed to smoke everywhere so we had to change table as it was unbearable when the next table of 5 men lighted up. I tried to ignore a rat that was having an afternoon stroll on the roof. The surrounding water was filthy with rubbish. Not much appetite after seeing all this.
