Justus Steak House left us with conflicting impressions. On the one hand, their steaks are downright delicious, especially with those special sauces – the Surf & Turf and Australian Sirloin Grain Fed were total winners. But, let's be real, the spaghetti carbonara didn't quite hit the mark. The staff was friendly and kept an eye on our table, but the waiting game was a challenge. We waited a whopping 40 minutes for our food, and to add to the frustration, our drinks showed up last. Thirsty and a bit impatient, we couldn't help but feel it dampened our overall experience. Plus, being tucked away inside a mall, the ambiance wasn't anything to write home about. In the end, if you're all about top-notch steaks and can overlook some hiccups in service and ambiance, Justus Steak House might be your spot. Just brace yourself for a bit of a wait, and you'll leave with a satisfied stomach.
