I'm going there to enjoy the citylight, but unfortunately it's raining and crowded because there's a gathering on the 1st floor. Please maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the table either downstairs or upstairs, because when I was there it was very messy and were not immediately cleaned up especially on the 2nd floor. The hot chocolate and waffles that i tried are standard, nothing special. Also the access road to get there is quite uphill.
