Food Most of the food served here are of authentic Japanese style cuisines. It brings a lot of the original taste to the table and is genuinely an enjoyable meal to sit down to after a hard day's work. They have delictable composition in their meals, with adequate portions and consistent experiences in every bite. What I was surprised about is the texture of many of the dishes, that was more than what I expected. However, I must comment on the appearance & taste of the dishes. With good freshness, I expected greater tastes. Alas, most of the meals were delicate, but not special. Presentation-wise could also be something to consider, as much of the fishes have a pale color to them that may lead to appetite loss to some. In spite of that, I would say Okinawa Sushi have done well in serving their food, and a must-try for some of their mouthwatering dishes. Recommended Foods: Mix Nakaocchi, Unagi Sushi, Maguro Zuke Service Though not the best, I believe that the staffs, chefs, and managers are prioritizing hospitality in their services. They kept a good smile in serving their customers, and ensure that their choice of words is just adequate. Their initiatives to ask if there is anything that they can help is a unique feat not found in many restaurants. Alas, there are some instances where the servers would serve our food on the table, only mentioning the name of the dish, without ensuring good gesture (e.g, eyes wandering in serving our food). All in all it was great, but could certainly be improved just a teeny weeny bit. One nuisance that I see is the staffs talking loudly about their personal lives, just 10 meters from where I was eating, with honestly some not so formal/nice words used in the context of a family restaurant. I wish that this is seen by the managers, and something can be done about this behavior. Its not extremely bad, but just its uncomfortable. Atmosphere Magnificent is the word for the ambience and architecture here. Music serenading our meals are calm and serene, so that it creates a homey and warm feeling to the restaurant. It helps that the design are mostly wooden with a bunch of aspects to add into the japanese feel of the store. Paintings, colors, and decorations are awesome. Oh yeah, and they've got themselves a robot cat that brings your food to the table! How cool is that? Overall Score for Okinawa Sushi is a 4.5 out of 5. A must try for sushi enthusiasts and japanese enjoyers.
