Hope the owners read my review, I know you had a big name for steak house at Bandung. But, ur service is sucks, you need to improve your manpower skill. You need better manager (I dont know who is the manager, just an ordinary old man whos I dont think so he is the manager). You need captain floor whos manage your server, improve ur server to take responsibility for 5-7 tables. Your server take all of table orders, Its makes chaotic for the flow of kitchen. Steak is good, the vegetables is too soft,better your vege have crunchy texture. Chicken cream soup is so bad, sauce too. Mushroom sauce feels like too much cornstarch
