I was a first-timer going there. The food is tasty however in my case the cashier lacks customer service skill. I was interested in their sourdough and because I came in the morning I was not sure if the sourdough was ready. So I asked to the cashier if the sourdough was ready. Instead if answering me she asked me back, “Sourdough? What sourdough?” I was confused???? She’s the one working there. I asked once again while making a round gesture (for sourdough) and then she answered, “the sourdough is over there.” I asked if I could buy in slices instead of a loaf and she said I cannot which is okay. I ended up buying the quiche and asking how much is one loaf of sourdough. She couldn’t be bothered to provide me with the price points and just say, “there is one type that is 55k.” I said okay and she straight up said “you want to add that to your order too?”. Idk, I feel like she could have been more skilled in answering and providing information to customers. It was not crowded and there was not a line behind me (bcs if there is one I would be okay with her answering me like that). Pls improve the customer service?? It would be nice if the first timer could ask questions. Thank you
