What a dish. Didn’t have the pork though but I could tell by the sweaty looks on my friends’ faces ) It was a blast of pork menu, tender juicy right on spot and the sambal supports every taste of sweetness spiciness and sourness when combined with the crispy first bite. Other sides are the cassava leaves oh my! I had fried chicken and it delivered as good as the pork too! It didnt take long either to order and the serving. Recommended alternative to other crispy porks in Bali.
