Ubud doesn't have a lot of options for good sambal (sambal matah excluded of course). So the nearest option near Ubud is SS Batubulan. i like their sayur asem, sweet just how i like it. tempe bakar of course is my favourite. telor gobal gabul bakar is a must order. the sambal, i like sambel mentah and cumi.
