369 (San Liu Jiu) Restaurant, with its many branches in Surabaya, is famous for its iconic and savory Shanghai soup. In addition to their staple Shanghai soup, their fried rice is also worth a try. Their xiao long bao is filling but the skin might feel a bit thick. The seasoning for the noodle is delicious but unfortunately their signature tea is no longer available. However, overall, the staff is friendly and quick, the ambiance is comfortable and bright, making 369 (San Liu Jiu) Restaurant an ideal spot for a nice and relaxing meal, either with family or friends.
