This is the ORIGINAL Raja Tore. The taste I loved before and seek always when I had business near kusuma bangsa. The SE I which literally translated smoked pork dish.. salty, smoky, just about right.. almost no other additional fat or oil.. it is amazing as always. The Tore.. crunchy, salty, perfect combination. The REAL taste of NTT. The owner and the chef is (one and the same) is from NTT. The chilli mixture.. hot darn.. I got sweat just typing this review. Amazing. Even more amazing after you heard what kind of hardship the owner and his family endured. From neighbors got jealous and kept calling cops on them just because lots of cars parked to eat here, to the owner of previous place in kusuma bangsa who kick them out and literally hostile takeover the business place copied the business ideas and then.. not able to match the food LOL, to people kept calling the police to ask for business permit (because the neighbors smell the meat getting smoked, YUM!). Even thru all that hardships, they kept the faith and said to me God in Control. Well, you have me as loyal customer for life.. keep on being amazing!
