Been hearing some rumor of secret dish not written on the menu but available at Bakmi GM: Yamin. You can find delicious Yamin in Bandung.. but Jakarta.. I have yet to find. Don’t get me wrong. There are plenty of outstanding noodle restaurants in Indonesia. Siantar.. Jambi… Pontianak.. chicken .. pork.. But Yamin .. no. So i was a bit giddy when I heard that I can actually order Yamin manis at Bakmi GM. I walk to the cashier and whisper: “Do you have Yamin manis?” *wink.. for a brief moment she look shocked.. but immediately replied. Yes mam.. we can make one for you. Love it.
