Lack of preparation, most foods were served cold (dimsum, roasted duck, suckling pig were also cold) not enjoyable. The briyani rice was too mushy almost like a porridge. Lasagna was yum, but the pizza and spaghetti were way too salty. The sushi section was good but the salmon taste and smell so fishy
