Ikkudo Ichi was a hit when they first open. Everyone raves about their kara ramen (the one with spicy sauce). They are one of the first ramen shops open in Indonesia. The Indonesian fell in love with their spicy moves. I too, love the kara sauce.. but not on top of their regular ramen. My go to is the buta japanese curry ramen (pork japanese curry). Which is a genre on its own and rarely found in other ramen place. But you should try. Must try.. buta pork cheek. Goes better than the pork chasiu. It’s been years since they first open.. and they still hitting it big.. at least in this particular branch. Even during non-peak hours, you’ll see 80% of the seats are occupied with people enjoying their noodle.
