Putien serves a different kind of chinese food. It is clean tasting, but delicious. The dishes are adorned with seafood that quietly boost overal umami level of the dish. My must ordered is the century egg. Very good quality, with slight sweetness from the sauce. Must try also the misoa. It doesn’t turn soggy even after sitting on the table for quiet some time.
