Tried their Jakarta Dessert Week (JDW) 2024'S Menu. One of the most visually stunning desserts i've seen in a while, and if you get that impression, usually the taste standards would be so high. Individually, the elements makes sense (pandan crumble, jasmine jelly, soaked sponge cake, and whipped cream) BUT all together .. Its perfect. A combination of great textures, great flavors, very pronounced and fulfilling. Finished the whole plate, and might crave for more in the near future. What an innovation!
