Beautifully cooked, everything is fresh and delicious. Our miso soup was too salty and the chef immediately changed it to a new one. Salmon was seared and then broiled in delicious stock. Beef was thin but not over cooked. Veggies are so good I would’ve been happy to have just the veggie and the rice.
