Went to sushi hiro for sushi day promotion. Ordered aburi salmon nigiri, aburi salmon belly nigiri, spicy tuna salad maki and tamago nigiri. The salmon nigiris were all fresh and thick-cut. The spicy tuna salad maki was not spicy at all, I expected it to be spicier. The tamago on the nigiri was soft, a bit sweet and savoury. But the ratio of the rice and the tamago was off, the rice was too small. I was impressed that all the staffs on this sushi hiro branch were very helpful despite having to work on very busy promition day. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.
