Unfortunately the visit was disappointing! Do not spend much at this place! Service - 0/10 In the middle of karaoke session for a birthday event, it is COMPLETELY RUDE for a staff to enter the room while the song was still playing, turn off the tv and mics then just leave...! especially when we spent over IDR 9mio for a night while the min. Spend for the big room was only IDR 3mio (hallo?!) even if its closing time a simple notification prior closing would have been suffice letting the customer FINISH the song. Such behavior towards customer is UNACCEPTABLE and reflect BAD IMAGE of the establishment. Unfortunately, it happened before to another customer who shared their experiences on Google Review as well. We tried to speak to their Restaurant Manager, Mahmud but well, that was the first and LAST WE SPENT at your place! No wonder people prefer to go to another Korean places in Jakarta even though they closed at 10pm since they have better services. Anyway, they food just so so.. you won’t miss a thing!
