Been here three times, once on a weekday, once on a Friday, once on a weekend. All three times, the restaurant was fully packed. I can see the staff are scrambling and doing their best, I really appreciate it. They are trying their best to provide good service 👍 The collagen soup is imported from Japan, the taste and texture is amazing. It isn't smelly at all, in fact it's very delicious. That may be why the soup is quite pricey, but all the other accompaniments are fairly priced. The ocha is only 15k, and the additional toppings ranging from 15-25k for non meat items. The beef is of very good quality, they use US Prime and Wagyu. Give it a swim in the hot broth and eat it rare, magnificent. Do try their selection of condiments while you're here. The yuzu kosho is my favourite. I highly recommend getting the zosui set, as you can finish your meal by cooking the rice in the leftover soup.
