Very thick collagen (chicken broth) Bijinmen menu is so nice in comfort food category. Taste is good, also noodle is so smooth and soft. Teppan menu should be improved. Beef is very thin and shoyu smell only. Vegetable are very good though. Dare menu is excellent too if you like some like a mayonaise things. Service is a bit slow. It took 40 min for my food to come in crowded situation. Atmosphere would be nice if it is not too crowded, so if you like private dining, wisely select the time.
