Worst service ever in the so-called high-end shopping center. This is my experience sitting at the smoking area table. I asked for an ashtray, and even I inquired about its location to pick it by myself. She said she would bring it to the table. After 30 minutes, I approached her myself to ask if I could get the ashtray. She just replied, Take it next to the trash. LANJUT, while making a dismissive gesture. Can anyone tell me what LANJUT means?? I remained calm there. Upon reaching next to the trash, there was only a small paper cup. I asked again, Is this the ashtray? She simply answered, No, it's not, until she finally saw for herself that there was no ashtray. You know what? The only thing that people come here just because you have a smoking area at this place. Otherwise, it's nothing. Poor.
