I think Eichigoya is pretty good ramen place. I went here with my friends and man this place is always crowded and full with Japanese. We had to wait for a good 30-45 minute until we can get a table. But at least, there is other attraction near by, such as Papaya. So while you're waiting for your table, you can go to Papaya or Starbucks to kill time. I ordered the Echiran ramen. At first I didn't know what to expect, but apparently their ramen is pretty good. The broth is nice and umami, creamy. You can definitely can taste the porkiness of broth. The ramen itself is pretty bouncy and tasty. The pork is tender and not smelly, which is good. Overall, I quiet enjoy my experience with Echigoya.
