You post Tuna cutting event at 12pm and I send WA & DM as soon as it was posted. No longer than 30 minutes. Expecting a swift and professional response. But lo and behold, you only replied 6 hours later. Not only that, the response was a short one line that doesn't explain anything. Do you not have anyone to deal with online customers? This is is just plain bad customer service. If the table has been fully booked, you should've said so in the Instagram comment section and PIN it! So the others won't waste their time sending WA or DM to ask whether they can book for the tuna cutting show or made the rest of us who actually booked ASAP wait for some sort of reply from your admin. Please fix this customer service system and deal with potential customers more professionally. Because no matter how good your food is, or your show, if your customer service is bad, they will leave. This occurrence is leaving such a bad taste, and I am very disappointed.
