Visited Ippudo for dinner during weekend, since it's my mom favorite ramen place. They're pretty busy but luckily we immediately directed to be seated. In this visit for dinner with family, we ordered Ippudo Pork Bun (white bun with pork chashu, lettuce and creamy mayo), Fried Chicken Bun (deep fried battered chicken thigh, lettuce, tomato and mayo nestled in fluffy bun), Salmon Roll (lightly seared fresh salmon roll seasoned with mentaiko and topped with cod roe), Popcorn Shrimp Roll (shrimp popcorn, avocado, shredded egg and mayo roll drizzled with teriyaki sauce), Chicken Karaage, Pork Tantanmen Special (ramen served with spicy ground chicken in miso paste), Shiromaru Special (classic Hakata style ramen), Akamaru Special (modern Hakata style ramen) and Soboro Chashu Rice (braised chicken and tender pork topped with egg and seaweed over steamed rice). As usual, my mom pretty satisfied with all the orders. But in my opinion, taste wise they're kinda lacking punch in seasoning and on the bland side though. But still need to shoutout for their delightful Salmon Roll, totally to my liking, basically a favorite one from Ippudo Indonesia.
