Definitely my go-to place to get waffles. I prefer the waffles than the pancake, so I always order their waffle. Today I was in the mood for something cheesy, so I ordered the fried chicken and waffle. The waffle was quite crispy on the outside but soft and bouncy inside. The batter was not too heavy and I could taste a hint of toasted butter. The fried chicken topping was generous, it was crispy and juicy at the same time and very well-seasoned. The creamy sauce and the torched mozzarella cheese were the cherry on top. Pancious never disappoints.
