Poor customer service. There were 2 lines open, and 4 customers in wait. One of the cashiers decided to close one of the payment machines and face backwards. I thought she was reconciling the bills, but after close inspection she was playin her mobile phone. Please do not do that when you have someone waiting to pay for your product.
