Service: 1. Reservation is a must, the process is super easy, the WA admin was very friendly and responsive. The steakroom's almost full everyday, seems impossible to visit without prior reservation. Then, when arrived, you'll be given 90 mins to enjoy the experience and I think it's fair enough as the meal served fast. I would stay that their booking & hospitality management is nice. 2. The service is totally good, super polite and informative staff. The space isn't that wide, so most of staff have their eyes on you, well appreciated. 3. Free refill on fries and pomme pure, actually was fast and quite generous. Ambience: I would describe it as heartwarming, instead of fancy. Totally like it. Food & beverages: 1. The taste really worth the price, the steak was really good, even though, not that remarkable (I ordered MB5, maybe later will try MB7) 2. To me, fries > pomme pure (I swear the fries were awesome, really love that thin cut. To me, the pomme pure was too moist) 3. Chimicurri was so refreshing, but I love mushroom sauce the most. 4. Tiramisu was super good👍 must try 5. No many options on beverages, only tea, flavoured tea, mineral water and soda, perhaps wanna try serving mocktail?😋 6. They actually have a lot choice of pasta, starters and side dish, but not ordered them today since I wanted a meaty day lol, perhaps will try later Will come again for sure
