A definite must-go type restaurant in Jakarta. The restaurant is located in the posh Dharmawangsa area. Setting is Private Dining style - pre-bookings are encouraged. The food is exquisite and unique/uncommon. Chef uses the finest of ingredients so every dish led me to Cloud 9. Privy serves mainly Italian cuisine but the highlight of my night was the Chateaubriand which was unforgettable. Suitable for anyone who wants to impress! Thank you, Jonathan! Job Uber well done. By the way, Privy makes their own Burrata Cheese fresh daily. They also smoke their own meats. The chef clearly knows how to define DELECTABLE foods!
