I tried this resto at random when I was in Fx mall. Since the resto looks fun and has a colorful Japan vibe from the outside, I was curious and gave it a try. My mistake is that I didn't check the reviews first. But.. I don't want to be too harsh but I can't help it, whoever owns this restaurant should be ashamed, how come you have the audacity to call it Ramen1. The worst ramen I've tried in my entire life and I don't exaggerate it. Ramen broth has no flavour. Soy sauce tastes like fish sauce. Hard boiled egg for ramen. Nasty agedashi tofu taste on my bento. Sweet sour chinese dipping sauce for the gyoza, really? ..List goes on. You can't blame the price whatsoever because there are a lot of affordable ramen/Japan inspired cuisine restaurants in Jakarta but the food tastes alright. This one, NOpe.
