Elevated version of Indomie Mie Kari. Ordered their original Mie Kari Ayam Komplit with curly noodle and bara broth Mie Kari Ayam Komplit thick curly noodle (mie karet). Each bowl consists of noodle, chunks of chicken, boiled egg, and tofu. The bara broth was thicker, richer and spicier than the original version. I personally prefer the thicker noodle and the bara broth. The richness and the saltiness was the perfect amount, the spiciness was comforting too. The texture of the noodle was al dente and the curliness of the noodle trapped the broth well. The condiments complementing the noodle and broth well, the chicken was tender and juicy, the tofu soaked up all the broth, although the egg yolk could be runnier. The original broth was great too. But after you tried the bara broth, you would feel that the original one was blander than the bara broth. Overall very satisfying experience and I would love to be back for the bara broth mie kari with the thick curly noodle.
