Shori Sushi Bar at Astha provided a mixed dining experience. While the Salmon Nigiri was fresh and the Chawanmushi satisfactory, the Yuzu Koso Ramen stood out with its unique flavor profile. However, the Beef Sukiyaki fell short of expectations. Overall, a decent meal with the ramen being the highlight.
