My go-to sushi place if I'm craving for sushi. All the ingredients are always fresh. The salmon bomb was melt in your mouth and the sauce complemented the salmon perfectly. While the chuka idako on the nigiri was fresh, chewy but not rubbery and the seasoning was good. Sushi hiro never disappoints
