Locatee in 61th floor of langham hotel. The view and the place was really nice. And today i orderes some of their favorite menu: - roasted pork belly: tasted good. But the portion was really small. I can eat it all by myself. - sweet sour pork: this is my favorite dish for today. The meat was crispy on the outside, and really tender on the inside. The sweet and sour sauce was also nice. - chicken ginger: the meat was good. And smell of the ginger is not really strong, and mix well with other seasoning - beancurd truffle: this was really good. Unique taste. And the truffle is strong but did not overwhelmee the other mushroom taste - beef stir fry with oyster sauce: okay. The meat is tender - apple and lime, pina colada: all of the dessert was really good. But i prefer the apple and lime rather than pina colada. It eas really refreshing with the sourness and sweetness of the food. And 1 positive point also, all of the staff here was really friendly and helpful. Nice experience eating here!
