First of all, the service and ambiance was great. The staffs were very nice and attentive, the chef greeted us and gave us complimentary desserts ☺️☺️ The food was awesome, my favorite was the grilled octopus, very tender yet slightly crunchy, sitting on top of mushroom puree of some sort, it was so savory and 🤌🏻🤌🏻😩 We also enjoyed the roasted cauliflower, it taste like a cheesy cauliflower, but i dont think they used cheese. Idk how theyve done it but bravo! The paella was nice, silky smooth, paired with tangy aioli 🤌🏻🤌🏻 The chef gave us a complimentary basque cheesecake with homemade honey ice cream. The ice cream was so good. Tasted like butterscotch but light. Compliments the cheesecake nicely. The lavacake was light and its gluten free! I cannot fathom how they are able to make it so light without using any flour tbh but hey, magic ✨
