The pearls in the tea were mushy and not very appetising, we too the drink back and politely mentioned it. To be told that maybe somebody must have not cooked them well. No replacement....just a half hearted maaf ya! Basic customer service skills would have made this review 100% in favour of the shop. The ice cream was OK and the place is good too. Think the server was making new pearls after this as she knew the issue. But just didn't care for our business.
