Met up with a friend over lunch at Marugame Gandaria City. Good to see the place relatively busy post pandemic with most tables full. Service was quite fast with almost no lines, staff was quite attentive. We wanted to try the cold zaru udons and had extra vegetable tempuras each. Sadly both udons and fried tempura weren't as good as they used to. Udon was chewy but on the bland side, perhaps on purpose so customers get to add condiments to personal taste. The tempuras were cold and obviously been sitting under the light for a while. Hope Marugame improves their quality soon.
