Very excited to welcome this famous sushi restaurant from Japan. I visited during the opening promo so I can eat more chutoro. The sushi on the conveyor belt were mouthwatering, I would like to try everything. After successfully restraining myself, I took the chutoro, chutoro aburi, otoro aburi, maguro, salmon, tamago, beef aburi and ebi. The highlight was the chutoro. The fatty tuna melt in your mouth right away and very rich. But not too much, just the right amount. It wasn't fishy and very enjoyable. I also love their maguro. It was meaty and rich of tuna flavour. It wasn't fishy too. Their shoyu also tasted different than other sushi restaurant. It was saltier than usual shoyu but I like it this way. Will definitely come back if I'm craving for sushi.
