I ordered the mie tek tek and added a sunny-sideup egg and made sure it was not spicy. As I had ordered it before I know it was a little too salty the last time, so i requested for less salt. The dish came and it was even more salty compared to last time that I had it. I spoke to the manager to replace the dish as it was really too salty to stomach. So far the service here was still bearable but what happened following this was even worse. The took back the dish and while later the new noodles was delivered. To my horror, they re-used the sunny-side up egg that was from the previous dish as i recognise it having poked into it when i was taking my first bite and to make it even worse, the dish was spicy and still pretty salty. So basically failed on all fronts. So I lost my appetite and did not even bother to finish the meal. We got the bill. Even after the feedback to the manager, all i got was half hearted apology and they still charged me for the dish. As someone from the F&B industry, and knowing this place is part of a big F&B group in Indonesia (Ismaya Group), the whole experience is pretty disappointing. Would have expected much more customer recovery from them.
