Best gyudon in town for me now. Ordered their kalbi don and karaage don. I love their technique of grilling the beef, they use big flame to add char and smokiness to the beef. The beef was still juicy too, not too charred. The smokiness of the beef complemented nicely by the sweetness from the sauce. The karaage was still crispy on the outside yet juicy and soft inside. It was not too fatty, even though they are using thigh. The sauce was the same sauce as the beef, and it was a nice pairing too. Overall, a very nice dining experience and I would like to go back for more.
