Their dedication to customer service is commendable. The ice cream selection was phenomenal I couldn't decide on just one flavor! They patiently helped me choose and even offered samples to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. The presentation of the ice cream was impeccable, and the flavors were out of this world. Each scoop was a taste of pure heaven. Moreover, the atmosphere of the shop was inviting and cozy, making it a perfect spot to enjoy some delicious ice cream. I also appreciate how clean and well-maintained the place was. Overall, my experience at this ice cream shop was beyond amazing, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Windu, Kadek, Angga, Arik, and Diana.
