The only thing that’s decent/okay is the crispy pork belly. The rice was way over cooked, mushy. Egg was cold, rice was cold. Thought i was having cold deli for a sec. Ordered the half portion ribs, ribs needed 15-30 mins to be cooked, but wasn’t even warm when it arrived at the table (???) Not sure what was “cooked”. Not worth the 340k price tag. Nothing on the plate was hot, or “warm”. Service was okay, some servers were great, some just looked like they don’t even wanna be there. Lady who took our order didn’t even try answering the question, asked what this salt and pepper pork was. She replied “salt and pepper” (…) They didn’t even try to let us know that our soup isn’t ready, only after we ask. Walked out there without trying the soup.
