This ramen shop is a bit hidden. Went there and ordered their Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen. The bowl consists of straight noodle, three slices of pork chashu, uncut whole egg and wood ear mushroom. The noodle unfortunately was a bit soggy, even though I ordered it to be less cooked. The tonkotsu broth was quite nice but a dash of salt would elevate the broth more. The pork chashu was tender and flavourful. The egg was unfortunately overcooked when I opened it up. I was hoping for a runny yolk, but I didn't get it. Overall, it was just an okay experience, let's hope they're improving.
