I always ordered from WA, but suddenly today the employee said, 'I am a Menteng employee, not a serpong employee, so I cannot take your order. If you want to order, call serpong directly'. Previously, everything was possible, so why did it suddenly change to WA and not be able to order? The flyer says to order in WA, is that a lie? Even if I show a picture of what I ordered with WA in the past, the staff said they didn't know and told me to order by phone. It seems that the staff doesn't like to work, or the friendly staff quits and a new staff takes over the WA, staff training is needed.
