Recommended for you that like Mala dish but cannot bear the too spicy food. We ordered Mala Xiangguo - Mala Stir Fry (with spicy level normal, still spicy for me tho) and Collagen Soup. If you like strong flavour food, I suggest to choose the Mala Xiangguo. The collagen soup is more of a comfort food. They have total 5 type of cooking: Mala Xiangguo, Mala Thang (Mala soup), broth soup (kaldu) but not sure what type of broth, collagen soup and lastly garlic stir fry. Overall, we love the Mala Xiangguo since the flavour is so strong, the taste so great and blend well, and I still can enjoy the spicy level :D. The collagen soup taste nice too, good for you that feel overwhelmed after eating too much Mala. For the Mala Xiangguo, personally we love to put extra garlic and onions (bawang bombay) to make the Xiangguo taste and smell even better. The only minus thing is the pork belly is not quite tasty since the skin is very hard to chew (don't know if we are just not lucky today)
