For me, this place is my favourite ramen shop of all time. I usually order their Bariuma, the original tonkotsu broth ramen. The ramen is always al dente and the broth coated the ramen nicely. The broth is always the highlight of the meal, it is rich, thick and well-seasoned. Even though the broth is thick, it doesn't make me sick after eating. The thick-cut pork chashu is not too fatty and very smoky. It is very tender and melts in your mouth. In the end, I always left satisfied by this bowl of ramen. Bariuma truly deserved to be my most favourite ramen shop.
