Part of Gyukaku's Group, Kappa Sushi is their newest addition to their brands. Absolutely lovely, one of the best all you can eat sushi restaurants in Jakarta as per 2023. Third visit edit: thank you to Mas Aji the captain & Mba Sulis the waitress for being full of energy and giving great service. I love how the premium package has my favourite items. The shime saba, unagi and marinated chutoro. They also have salmon sashimi included in the buffet now. Unlike other AYCE chains, they don't cut back on the protein just because it's AYCE. The unagi, saba, maguro and salmon are cut thick. Other than the sushi, I recommend the Saba Misoni as well as Atsuyaki Tamago. Do get their pudding to end your meal as well, like Gyukaku, it's thick, sweet and creamy
